The mix of tangy lime and tamarind mixed with the creaminess of coconut underlie the vibrant Jamaican curry spices that go perfectly with the butteriness of roasted & smoked cashews.
MEXICAN MOLE SMOKED CASHEWS:
The fruitiness of the pasilla chilis & tamarind, mixed with the deepness of dark cocoa along with roasted garlic, tomato, and Papa's mole spice mix give these cashews a rich and authentic flavor.
ASIAN FIVE-SPICE SMOKED ALMONDS:
A little sweet and a little savory, Papa's almonds are a healthy and tasty snack for the whole family.
MOCHACCINO SMOKED ALMONDS:
This lightly salted combo of coffee and chocolate is perfect sweetened with just a hint of organic stevia.
MEDITERRANEAN HERB SMOKED ALMONDS:
With a distinct balsamic tang, these garlicky, herbed almonds are perfect for a charcuterie or cheese board, with some red wine while watching the sunset with friends.

CHIPOTLE LIME SMOKED PISTACHIOS:
With a tart lime blast and the smokey heat of chipotle, these pistachios go perfectly with cold beer, white wine or lemonade.
ROASTED GARLIC SMOKED PISTACHIOS:
Papa uses fresh garlic which cooks on the nuts as they are smoking, creating true roasted garlic flavor that is unlike anything you will ever find in a snack.
All nuts are hand-smoked over local apple wood in Papa's custom smoker.

Shelf Life
All of Papa's products are good for 12 months unopened, but should be kept in a cool, dark place.
Once opened they should be eaten within a week or so for best flavor (lol, like they could possibly last that long).
Refrigeration is not needed.
Shipping
Papa's ships every Mon-Fri, usually same day, but generally next day at latest. Weekend orders will ship on Monday
Deliveries typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive via standard shipping.
There are express shipping options available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation automatically as soon as your order ships that will include your tracking numbers.

I got the mixed box with all the flavors. They were all so good.
I love these products. The sampler helped me find my favorite flavors, although I realized I love them all. It helped I didn't have to pick. Plus they make great gifts.
That feeling of biting into a freshly roasted cashew is great and that was the first thing I noticed. Then the taste, which was great! Not overpowering but complex and left me thinking I needed another one to figure out the spices.
I thought I had found my favorite flavors of Papa's Best Batch nuts and jerkies. Then--I ordered the variety pack and seriously can't decide. The Mexican Mole smoked cashews did not last long at all in my house (killed that bag in less than an hour), and the Jamaican Curry cashews were equally as delicious. The flavors are just right--all perfectly blended. With the Mexican Mole, for example, the heat sneaks up on you at the end and isn't overpowering. So excited to have found these delicious products.
